Planning Objectives:
- The goal of the career planning programme is to quickly place the person in work life again with the following measures:
- we professionally assist and coach the person in planning the process of searching for work and in directing, realizing and following up the actions
- we recognize and direct the person’s own abilities and suitability for a job to the prevailing situation of the labour market in order to prepare an exact and result orientated scheme for the search of work
- “we take hold of the person starting from scratch” in other words support him/her and prevent frustrations by keeping him/her active and goal directed
