Management Audit Objectives:- The Management Audit is an assessment by an external consultant of the company’s leaders and key individuals to:
- define the leaders’ strengths, weaknesses and potential
- determine the leaders’ development needs
- develop personalized development plans
- The Management Audits provides an independent and objective view of the individual and their leadership profile. The program always includes a personal feedback session, with some recommended action.
- The main focus is on the business – leadership with reference to the company’s strategy and operations.
